May 2017 - Other activities
We have done some fun things in May. Here are some of them:
We made a threading board with cardboard and a spare shoelace (and ribbons, not pictured):
Vinnie made a cool zoo for some of his animals:
We've been volunteering at the park. We've done a water creatures survey, bee friendly flower bed planting and weeding round the trees in the orchard:
Vinnie has really enjoyed making capital letter shapes out of pegs and bits of paper:
We put some of our seeds in a jar with wet kitchen paper so we could see what is happening under the ground when they start to grow:
We did a fun gruffalo trail at Bedgebury pinetum:
We're growing french beans:
We did a trail round Tunbridge Wells Museum:
We visited Leeds castle. Vinnie got through the maze without getting lost!
We decorated gingerbread cookies:
We made our own game of bowling:
And loads of other fun things too!
