We have carried on with our exercise this week.
On Thursday we ran our route in 5 minutes and 35 seconds.
On Friday we ran it in 5 minutes and 27 seconds.
We're already improving!
We also did some yoga:
We're feeling stronger already!
Vinnie has also made a nice exercise picture for the wall.
